REMEMBRANCE: Saturday November 18th, 7.30pm at St Swithun's Church, East Grinstead

Under its new conductor, Rodney Earl Clarke, FRCS presents a mix of traditional and contemporary music.
The first half of our November concert features the much-loved Faure Requiem, while in the second half we will premiere movements from a modern piece, Voices For Reconciliation by composers Anthony and Gaynor Sadler.
The couple have made their names in the world of broadcasting, film and advertising with cutting edge, innovative composition. They describe this work as a contemporary requiem. Unusually the piece is sung to a backing track which evokes war, loss and the desire for a better world. The choir will be joined by soloists Eloise Irving, soprano; Louise Callinan, mezzo soprano and Robert Winslade Anderson, bass. The organist is D’Arcy Trinkwon.
Doors open at 7pm for 7.30pm start.
TICKETS: £15 on the door (cash or card), under-16s free or online – adults £16.50 including booking fee via this link: https://www.wegottickets.com/event/596225
The programme is included and interval refreshments will be available.
